- The gold rate quoted herein is inclusive of processing wastage.
- The melting purity of the above article(s) is/are certified 750 PPT / 585 PPT / 375 PPT (9K) – 14K as the case may be.
- Articles received for repairing may incur certain difference in weight after repairing and polishing. (Charges may applicable)
- Colour of Gold may tarnish because of sweat or contact with chemicals present in moisturiser, cream, perfume, etc. In such cases, we will re-polish it against applicable service charges (re-polishing may result weight-loss in the concerned Jewellery).
- Customers should check articles at the time of taking delivery. No complains will be entertained the after 24hrs.
GEMS SALE
- Gems can be certified on request from GSI or IGI or both.
- Gems once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Caution: Pearl and Coral are not stones and are subject to natural decay and hence may come out of setting (mounting).
BUY BACK / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Ornaments/Coins/Bars may be sold back to us by net weight of gold at the prevailing gold buying rate at any of our retail outlet, against A/C Payee cheque only. Our daily gold selling rates are displayed at our sales counter.
- Ornaments/Coins/Bars purchased from us, can be exchanged with our new ornament by weight of gold without any deduction at any of our retail outlet (weight of enamel and stone will be deducted.)
- Buy Back of Diamond will be 85% (eighty five percent) on Diamond value. However, 100% (hundred percent) on Diamond value can be obtained against exchange with new Diamond at any of our retail outlet only. Gold value in Diamond Jewellery will be ascertained on net weight gold at the prevailing gold buying rate.
- Customer should carry Certificates/Invoice during any future transaction at our retail outlet.

- Shipping Providers: For domestic deliveries within India, partnered with renowned shipping providers known for their reliable and efficient services.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.
- While transacting through the Website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password, as well as access to your cell phone and to your computer, computer system and computer network, and further you are responsible for all activities that occur under your “User ID” and “Password”, e-mail address and cell phone number as the case may be. - Cancellation Policy (Online Purchase Only)
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the same through our website (www.mppjewellersbs.com) or by sending an email info@mppjewellersbs.com
Refund of monies paid against a cancelled order shall be made by A/c. payee cheque or electronic transfers or to the source account from where the payment was made during placing the order. Optionally NEFT/RTGS are also possible against valid bank details provided by the customer.
Any request for cancellation beyond the stipulated 24 hours shall be subject to the replacement policy.
- Replacement Policy (Online Purchase Only)
The products being offered are handcrafted may vary slightly in physical appearance and upto ±10% in weight. Requests for returns or replacement will not be entertained for such variations.
A replacement shall only be processed upon successful verification. Please read the Verification Policy for further information.
A replacement shall be allowed free of cost when the company acknowledges that the product received by the customer is substantially different from the ordered product.
If the company is satisfied that any of the products sold have an inherent manufacturing defect, despite every precaution and rigorous quality control being undertaken, it shall be replaced free of cost.
Any complaint or replacement request shall be considered only if made within 24 hours by communication through the registered e-mail address, mentioning Customer ID, Order ID, date and time of delivery and clearly and accurately describing the nature of the complaint. No complaints or requests for any replacement will be accepted or entertained after 24 hours from the delivery of the goods ordered.
- Verification Policy (Online Purchase Only)
If a product leaves our possession and is subsequently returned either for replacement and/or exchange it is subject to a verification process by our team of highly trained experts. The verification team inter-alia ascertains the genuineness of product returned and whether the same product has been returned.
- Refund Policy (Online Purchase Only)
In the event, a customer wishes to cancel an order in terms of our cancellation policy or opts to not replace a returned item as stated above, a refund may be initiated.
